Noise levels from nearby clubs are overwhelming and last until 4 AM!!! Inconsistent hot water supply during peak times is inconvenient!!! Unpleasant room conditions upon arrival spoil the initial experience!!! Poorly functioning air conditioning causes discomfort!!!

what a charade. the pool area was revolting, with bird poop everywhere and nobody bothered to clean it up while I was there. the manager was absolutely not helpful, and after such an inconvenience, I expected a room upgrade, but surprise, I got nothing. I almost felt compelled to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

Room was clean with air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a nice private bathroom. The balcony opened right onto the pool with beautiful views. Breakfast had a great selection including fresh pastries and hot items. Pool area was awesome with plenty of sun loungers available. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Exceptional location, just minutes from the beach and town square! Lovely breakfast options, including freshly squeezed orange juice. , Staff supervision made my trip seamless, always checking if I required assistance.

Noise from clubs nearby can be a deal-breaker,, often lasting until the early hours & diminished sleep quality. Room conditions varied, and maintenance concerns like inconsistent hot water were disappointing.

Room cleanliness is spotty. reports of stained linens and unclean bathrooms were commonplace, so it’s a gamble on arrival. Issues like broken air conditioning and erratic hot water supply were frequently mentioned, reflecting a need for maintenance. The patio setup could use some design revision as in certain rooms, the lack of privacy due to the main walkway is a bit awkward. the amenities advertised didn’t match reality, like the so-called 'snacks' just being a vending machine.

During my stay, I found the location to be perfect, just a short stroll to the charming old town square. The beauty of the guest house made me feel like I was living in a cozy retreat rather than a large hotel. Although the nightlife created some noise, my comfortable bed surprisingly didn’t stop me from sleeping well. The breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits and local pastries, were delicious and a wonderful way to start the day.

the bertolina was ideally placed right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore shops and the beach. breakfast options were varied and tasty, and staff went out of their way to assist us.
